The CouponCuisine Community Challenge Map doesn’t need an in-depth explanation, it’s exactly what it appears to be – the total number of people that have received a Free Membership, sorted by ZIP code. These numbers are updated in real-time, and each membership equals another “community vote”.

Being a visually-oriented person, I wanted a way in which I could immediately know the status of the CouponCuisine’s national membership. And, I wanted complete honesty when it comes to the amount of members we have – especially in the context of approaching your local restaurants. I envisioned something where restaurants could look for themselves to see how successful we are in their area.

I give you… The Community Challenge Map!

Over time you will see the Lego Dudes (as the CouponCuisine Team affectionately calls them) change size and color based on the number of memberships in a given area.

Check back often to see how well your community is doing!

On a side note, we’re rounding up the ZIP code numbers to the first three digits. It was the most practical way for us to have the map load dynamically without killing our servers. That said, if you’re in an area (ie Nevada) that only has a couple ZIP code variations, I apologize for the inaccurate visual representation – BUT, rest assured that we record the full ZIP when you take our survey!
